- Democrats are bitterly divided about whether Biden should even run.

- Biden and family still dug in. WH and KJP still cling to the narrative that Joe had one bad debate but has been awesome for the country.

- Given the logistics of how the Democrats nominate candidates and the filing deadlines for many states, it is almost impossible at this point to consider replacing Biden's candidacy with a new comer.

- Therefore the only allowed substitute for Biden, who can use his campaign money collected so far, is Kamala Harris, his current VP.

- Democrat's fealty to identity above all else suggests that only Kamala H, a black woman, would be accepted as candidate. Gavin Newsome is a greasy white guy and would not be accepted. This is a doubled imperative to place Kamala as the candidate.

- IMPORTANT: polling data now suggests that Kamala may fail against Trump but by less margin than Biden. She seriously can get more votes than Biden could right now.

- IMPORTANT.2: Supposedly Michelle Obama is courting some black millionaires who, if Kamala replaces Biden on the ticket, would bankroll her campaign.

- While the county map of red leaning counties is overwhelmingly red, this may lull many conservative Trump voters into believing that the election is sewed up. Complacency can kill Trump's chances.

- Anything can still happen, including: Biden 25thed; a serious shooting war (China, Russia); some national emergency declaration that freezes things; etc.

I don't have a good feeling about any of this. Trump smashed Biden in the debate but the left is criminal and doesn't follow rules when they're inconvenient.
