Regardless of what happens on the Dem side (Public Board)
Unfortunately for the Dems, the Supreme Court ruling on presidential immunity just threw a monkey wrench into their plans to convict Trump and throw him in jail before the Republican convention. Now that sentencing is postponed until September. I doubt it will ever happen, all things considered.
