I suspect there are multiple interests (factions that have different ideas and goals in mind) that are internally warring in the Democratic party.

What we have witnessed in public is probably a lot of dissenting goals that are affecting what is going on publicly. IE: Joe and all of his simps want him to run again, but big money and probably people at the level of Soros want him replaced for November. It probably amounts to a small civil war with a lot of blaming and desperation going around.

In other words there is a general goal of winning by any means, but the process is not agreed by all.

And if the cabinet 25ths Biden, you THEN have the HUGE issue of Kamala Harris assuming the presidency. She's power mad and narcissistic and exceptionally stupid. I could see her directing the military to trigger a major war. She'd see it as a funny abstraction of millions of service people and/or civilians dying.
