Lots of people are saying it's an inside job. I tend to agree.

Someone intentionally made sure that building roof was unsecured. They will claim incompetence.

The shooter knew exactly where the security breach was and where to take his shot. Someone told him where to go.

It's abnormal nowadays for a 20 year old to have zero social media. Someone scrubbed it before the event.

The "explosives in the car" makes no sense. His handlers probably told him that he could take a shot at the President and somehow get away.

There also are videos of Trump supporters shouting "Hey! There's a guy on the roof with a gun!" minutes before it happened. That makes it sound like someone was ordered to stand down.

Killing the shooter can go both ways. He still was an active shooter, which justifies taking him out. However, it means he can't be interrogated.

The order to kill the shooter was probably given BEFORE they realized he missed. I heard reports that a sniper identified the person on the roof, but was ordered to hold his fire.

My prediction: Nobody will admit it was an inside job. A few people will get fired for incompetence.

The good news is that security will be 10x more from now on. They had their shot and missed it. They probably won't get another one.
