Who would hire a young kid that came to the job interview with his mommy or daddy? I don't think any company would.

By the time a kid reaches 18 he or she should already have work experience. I had my first job working in a supermarket after school a few days a week at 16. I wanted to work and make money so I could buy things I wanted and save for a car. Today, kids don't want to work and expect things to be given to them. This is a lost generation.
