So Styx actually has a real name! (Public Board)

I saw the guy's name on the video below and thought "who the fuck is that?" and then immediately recognized the face. That was kind of funny to see him on Tim Pool's show as the two often pop up on my Youtube feed.

That's first order knowledge about Styx/Tarl. You don't get that deeply into his content. You don't have a Youtube cortex implant as I do.

Tim Pool's livestream makes me smile, seeing those two together. It's like "Super Friends".

I've purchased a few of his occult and other subject mini books from Amazon. That appears to be his bread and butter revenue - generating scads of researched critiques, reviews of literature of different types, usually out of print, classic and ancient works, and reprints of out of print, copyright lapsed works. His stuff is usually fairly inexpensive, under $10.

Styx/Warwick is IMO a monster self sufficiency role model. He's a one man publishing house and he did it all as sweat equity/labor of love with no financing. He levered up from Ramen to Tesla level income.

My wife noticed that he isn't wearing his wedding ring. He also stonewalls about his personal life and won't say anything.

An admirable guy, truly.

I never knew who Styx was in real life either and had no idea that he published books. He found a niche market. His books are very cheap. Most of them are $1.50 to $2. I'd like to read his book "After the Ashes" and other ones. He really is an interesting guy.

I was reading his bio on Amazon and definitely love this picture of him. I think it might be a self-portrait he did himself, maybe with pastels. It really captured his aura, IMO.

I bet it's more like a fan created homage. It has a great vibe.

Here is a video homage. There used to be tons of psychedelic tributes to him but I can't find any now.

It reminds me of things I saw in the 60's.

Nah..I watch his videos from time to time, but haven't really done any digging.

I didn't know he wrote books. That's awesome.

If he is no longer with his wife, he seems to be handling it well.
