I think the post is correct. James Clyburn is largely responsible for Joe Biden getting elected in 2020, so I'm not surprised he's encouraging ballot collection in different states. Democrats never give up no matter what. Biden could be dead and they would still promote him because its about the party's survival and not a particular candidate. They don't give one whiff about the country.
