I think the Democrats wanted Biden's dementia on full display at the G7 to lay the groundwork for replacing him. Maybe that was always the plan but it all depends on Biden's performance in the Trump debate. I'm sure it won't be the Biden at the G7 Summit. Maybe they'll use a double.
